Fabricata initial in Anglia, pe la mijlocul secolului ecolul al 18-lea, berea de ghimbir devine populara in tot spatiul anglo-saxon, cu precadere in toata Britania, SUA si Canada.</p>
<p>Testand mai multe beri de ghimbir am gasit la acestea un singur lucru comun: ghimbirul este folosit doar ca ingredient pentru <a title="aroma" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">aroma</a> si gust si nu pentru <a title="fermentare" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">fermentare</a> fiind slab alcoolizata.</p>
<p>Ca materie de fermantare, in general, se folosesc zaharuri direct procesate, prepararea berii de ghimbir fiind asemanatoare cu al socatei traditionale romanesti: lucul florii de soc e luat de radachina de ghimbir. Dat fiind ca ghimbirul nu este o cereala, acesta este motivul pentru care conside berea de ghimbir mai apropiata de cidru. In plus, am intalnit beri de ghimbir, care folosesc ca material de <a title="fermentare" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">fermentare</a> zaharurile din fructe, produsul fiind un cidru <a title="aroma" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">aroma</a> de ghibir.</p>
<p>Aminteam la inceput si de faptul ca berea de ghimbir poate fi considerata si o <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> hibrida. In acest caz e vorba de o <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a>, fermantata din cereale (<a title="ale" href="/eticheta/ale">ale</a> sau <a title="lager" href="/eticheta/lager">lager</a>) la care se adauga in procesul de <a title="fermentare" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">fermentare</a> si radacina de ghimbir. aceasta <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> este mai puternic alcoolizata, avand caracteristicile unei beri, dar <a title="aroma" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">aroma</a> si gust imbogatite de prezenta ghimbirului.</p>

<p><strong>11-13 Noiembrie 2011, Splaiul Unirii Nr. 225, Restaurantul &#8220;Garden Club&#8221; </strong></p>
<p>Un festival cu <strong><a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a>, mici si pastrama, muzica bavareza si voie buna</strong>&#8230; pe aceasta o aduceti dumneavoastra&#8230; noi va ajutam sa o intretineti!</p>
<p>Incepand de <strong>vineri 11 noiembrie si pana duminica 13 noiembrie</strong> ia-ti prietenii si <strong>vino la NorokOktoberfest &#8211; Festivalul Berii Bavareze</strong>, care se desfasoara intr-un cort incalzit de 1.600 mp, cu o capacitate de 1.500 de locuri si o parcare generoasa de circa 150 de locuri, pe Splaiul Unirii, colt cu Mihai Bravu, langa reprezentanta Mercedes Benz.</p>
<p><strong>O manifestare in stil nemtesc</strong>, unde vei putea savura o gama variata de <strong><a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> germana</strong> din zona Bavariei, precum: Weismainer, Paulaner, Monchshof, Kapuziner, Eku, Leikeim la draft si <a title="sticla" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">sticla</a>, plus suveniruri pentru acasa. Daca nu ai halba ta, vino la NorokOktoberfest si achizitioneaza-ti una – „bierkrug”. In plus, gasesti <a title="pahare" href="/paharul-de-bere_09_2008.html">pahare</a>, desfacatoare, tricouri, sepci, palarii speciale aduse direct din Germania.</p>
<p>Pe langa berile nemtesti vei gasi si<strong> <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> din Cehia</strong>: Budejovichy Budvar, Bernard, Kozel, Starobrno si <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> din Slovacia: Zlaty Bazant.</p>
<p>Avem si <a title="mancare" href="/categoria/retete/mancare-cu-bere">mancare</a> buna, special preparata sa mearga cu berea: <strong>carnati bratwurst, turingeri bavarezi, costita de porc la gratar, mici uriasi, covrigi pretzel, alune, cipsuri din cartofi naturali, preparate pe loc, dulciuri delicioas, turta dulce si kurtos kolacs</strong>.</p>
<p>Participantii vor putea lua parte la concursul de <strong>Miss &#8220;NorokOktoberfest&#8221;</strong> si alte concursuri atractive cu <strong>premii </strong>- constand in <strong>butoiase cu bere, purcelusi de lapte, sute de mici</strong>, se vor putea delecta cu spectacole de stand-up comedy si vor putea admira si cumpara produse de artizanat.</p>
<p>Pe scena festivalului vor urca <strong>Orchestra Gemana &#8220;Karpaten Show&#8221;</strong> si formatia &#8220;Spitalul de Urgenta&#8221;.</p>

In reclama de mai jos, e un alt exemplu in care se foloseste un action-star de categoria b. Aici, Mr. Muscles din Brussels se plange ca are pantalonii stramti/inghetati. Mai multe in scriptul monologului:<br />

Este considerata ca fiind cea mai veche zeitate a berii, fiind venerata incepand cu anii 3500 I.C. In acele timpuri, berea ce era preparata era doar de <a title="fermentatie inalta" href="/eticheta/ale">fermentatie inalta</a> / ale  si fara <a title="hamei" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">hamei</a>, fiind servita exclusiv de femei.  In plus, uneori la fermentare erau adaugate ierburi aromate, fructe sau  miere. Astfel, bautura rezultata era mai groasa, fiind considerata mai mult aliment. Abia mai tarziu, babilonienii au adaugat un pai pentru a bea doar lichidul. Ca <a title="gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">gust</a>, acea <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> se apropie foarte mult de Christmas ale.</p>
<p>In 1988 Beraria Anchor a inceput un proiect pentru a recrea berea adusa de Ninkasi. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In ceea ce priveste popularitatea  festivalelor de <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> Oktoberfestul din Munchen eate liderul.Cu toate acestea, datorita numarului tot mai mare de turisti din ultimii ani, in randul germanilor a reinceput sa creasca popularitatea altor festivaluri locale de traditie.<span id="more-2060"></span></p>

Acest festival are loc anual in Stuttgart, cam in aceeasi perioada cu fratele mai mare din Munchen. La recomandarea mai multor cunoscatori germani, in toamna (2010) mi-am facut timp pentru experienta unui festival de <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> german.</p>
<p>Si daca motivul acestui periplu a fost berea l-am denumit <a title="berelinaj" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/berelinaj">berelinaj</a>. Este primul (sper nu ultimul) <a title="berelinaj" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/berelinaj">berelinaj</a> pentru mine si nu-mi pare rau ca am ales <strong><a title="Bere germana" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cannstatter_Volksfest" target="_blank">Cannstatter Volksfest</a> </strong>.</p>
<p>Denumirea festivalului vine de la locatia unde se desfasoara districtul <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bad_Cannstatt" target="_blank"><strong>Bad Cannstatt</strong></a>, aflat in imediata apropiere a <strong><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mercedes-Benz_Arena" target="_blank">Mercedes Benz Arena</a></strong> si vis-a-vis de <strong><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wilhelma" target="_blank">Wilhelma</a>, </strong>cea mai mare gradina zoologica si botanica din Europa.</p>
<p>Particularitatea festivalurilor germane de <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> populare (existand si unele doar pentru producatori si/sau degustatori) este data de faptul ca la aceste evenimente se consuma numai bere locala. Nici aici nu s-a facut rabat de la regula.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Vineri, pe 17 octombrie, am luat parte la un eveniment foarte asteptat. La rugamintile mele si cu sprijinul <strong><a href="http://www.beeroclock.ro/ro/home/" target="_blank">Beer O`Clock</a> </strong>,<a href="http://www.jollybeers.net/" target="_blank"> <strong>JollyBeers</strong></a> au poposit si in Bucuresti pentru o degustare de <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> ca la carte. De ce &#8220;ca la carte&#8221; ? Pentru ca maestrul de &#8220;ceremonii&#8221; a fost maestrul berar german <strong>Joachim Reuling</strong>. Pentru ca tabloul sa fie complet, am apelat si la ajutorul lui <a href="http://clickio.ro/" target="_blank">Ionu</a>t pentru a invita parte din bloggerii ce erau in Bucuresti la acel moment.<span id="more-1976"></span></p>

Desi ideea de San Miguel e des raspandita, se produce ceva similar in Filipine si in India, varianta de la Barcelona, fiind la indemana, nu e deloc o optiune rea pentru un <a title="lager" href="/eticheta/lager">lager</a>. Nu e o <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> veche, pe eticheta scrie ca s-ar produce din 1957.</p>
<p>Prezentarea mi se pare destul de sobra, cu emblema marcii pe un fond alb. Altfel, nici un fel de relatari legate de medalii sau premii. Continutul e interesant, un pale <a title="lager" href="/eticheta/lager">lager</a> parfumat, slab astringent si destul de apos. Prin urmare, o <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> blonda, un auriu inchis cu reflexe cuprate, concentratie 5,4% ABV care cred ca la mai multe <a title="pahare" href="/paharul-de-bere_09_2008.html">pahare</a> se simt, semn ca e o <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> facut? cu simtul raspunderii.<span id="more-1599"></span></p>
<p>Totusi alcoolul mi se pare destul de sesizabil la miros, parca ar fi fortat. Carbonatia medie ofera o spuma intensa, care se elimina relativ repede insa se pastreaza ca un inel pe marginea lichidului. Parfumul e unul de <a title="malt" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">malt</a> amestecat cu in iz lemnos generat probabil de alte boabe folosite in productie, sau malturi de diferite tipuri. Gustul este bine structurat, berea are un corp subtire spre mediu, aromele simtindu-se chiar inainte de inghitire. Predomina un <a title="malt" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">malt</a> disipat acompaniat de ceva acrisor, destul de comun la berea spaniola.</p>
<p><a title="Finish" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">Finish</a>-ul e amarui, echilibrat, scurt ca intensitate a senzatiei, cu nuante sensibile de fructe si mai precis de citrice sau mere verzi, in sfarsit, un iz acrisor interesant. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ma intreb oare cand vor inceta cehii sa mai surprinda? Spre bucuria si confortul nostru se pare ca inca sunt departe de a raspunde la intrebarea asta. Au dat lumii cel putin un scriitor care e inca citit cu nesat (Franz Kafka, nu-i asa?), au avut dintotdeauna o mare echipa nationala de fotbal. La hochei &ndash; se descurca. Au privit neincrezator spre regimul comunist, demonstrandu-i slabiciunile si au fost invadati de prietenii socialisti (mai putin romani) in 1968. Au pastrat in picioare ce au si ce le da identitate si conserva toate lucrurile astea. Oare de ce n-ar fi si legendari producatori de bere? Oh, dar chiar sunt si inca temuti chiar si de nemti in buna masura. Cehii aduc o bere de o savoare deschisa si cu o densitate apreciabila, depasind in buna masura <a title="lager" href="/eticheta/lager">lager</a>-ul german, mult mai sec si prea serios.<span id="more-1935"></span></p>
<p><em><strong>Krusovice Imperial 12</strong></em></p>
<p>Prezentarea e de-a dreptul pretioasa: eticheta aurie cu rosu si numele marcii scris cu alb sau auriu, pe un fel de banner stil panglica, o coroana (emblema vechii regalitati cehe) plus medalii si referiri istorice la anul de fabricatie. O prezentare demna de ceva regal, ascunzand si o calitate pe masura.</p>

<p><strong>Carbonatie:</strong> medie si suficienta pentru a raspandi si echilibra aromele continutului. Spuma intensa de la inceput se pierde vag pe parcurs.</p>
<p><strong>Parfum: </strong><a title="aroma" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">aroma</a> densa de <a title="malt" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">malt</a> cu un subtil ierbos interesant, cu hameiul sensibil prezent in fundal. Un parfum vesel, de bere in buna forma si in acelasi timp unic.</p>
<p><strong>Gust:</strong> corp structurat, dens si savuros, plin, cu prevalenta maltului si a unei note de caramel. Pe palat, da un echilibru amarui-dulceag interesant si incitant in acelasi timp. Finish sec si amarui cu nuante ierboase, un amarui care se pastreaza si dupa inghitire.</p>
<p><strong>Per total:</strong> e de apreciat densitatea si gustul intens ca si combinatia dulceag-amarui si finish-ul sec care te face sa spui&#8230; ce-a fost asta?</p>

<p>O eticheta neagra, clasica cu numele marcii scris cu rosu si argintiu ?i pe care cehii inoveaza cu diverse imagini de cetati sau catedrale.</p>

<p><strong><a title="Culoare" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">Culoare</a>:</strong> negru sau brun inchis, transparent cu reflexe rosiatice. Spuma densa cu aspect de caramel, trece in timp, ramanand ca o pelicula la suprafata lichidului si la menisc. Carbonatie medie.</p>
<p><strong>Parfum: </strong><a title="malt" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">malt</a> prajit cu certe inflexiuni de caramel. Paradoxala e <a title="aroma" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">aroma</a> saturata a orzului care da si un subtil lemnos. Toate fac din aceasta bere ceva pretios inc? de la deschiderea sticlei.</p>
<p><strong>Gust:</strong> corp plin, savuros si intens, predominand un amarui lemnos interesant. Corpolenta amestecului salveaza gradul slab de alcoolizare al lichidului si chiar si asa, textura e echilibrata si nu da de la inceput senzatia lipsei unui ABV mai mare (probabil ca daca ar fi avut 7% alc./vol. ar fi fost un porter excelent). Ce mai, ca artisti intr-<a title="ale" href="/eticheta/ale">ale</a> berii, cehii au invatat sa fie si masurati in anumite privinte. Finish amarui persistent, mediu astringent, putin cam alungit dupa mine, insa echilibrat si savuros pentru ce s-a dorit prin aceasta bere.</p>

Ce sa mai spun, o bere grea, interzisa la orice fel de cursa lunga, inselatoare (cum sa nu fie altfel?), aspectuoasa, insa nu ceva de consum cotidian si oricum, ceva insolit (ca si <a title="gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">gust</a>) pentru ce se vehiculeaza la noi. Perezentarea este sobra (ceea ce-mi place), ceva postmodern, cu numele marcii (8.6) extins pe toata eticheta ei argintie si cu o mica stema a producatorului la capat. Simplu si modern, sau poate, prea modern&#8230;<span id="more-1931"></span></p>

<p><strong>ABV: </strong>7,9%</p>
<p><strong><a title="Culoare" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">Culoare</a>: </strong>ambra / caramiziu clar. Carbonatie slaba sau in orice caz sub medie. Spuma trece relativ repede, pastrandu-se in pelicula fina la suprafata ?i la meniscul lichidului. Vagi tente de dantela.</p>
<p><strong>Parfum:</strong> de la inceput, parfumul este dulceag, de caramel, rezultatul probabil al unui amestec de <a title="malt" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">malt</a> de diferite naturi. Esteri sesizabili ca si un parfum fortat de alcool, parca pus cu intentie</p>
<p><strong><a title="Gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">Gust</a>: </strong>corp mediu pe palat, partial sec, prea dulceag dupa parerea mea (aspect des intalnit la acest tip de bere, sau in general la berea foarte tare), caramel foarte sesizabil, ca si gustul de <a title="malt" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">malt</a> cu note lemnoase bine definite (care par s? fie salvarea acestei beri &ndash; tot dupa parerea mea). Finish putin intens, sec, dulceag cu vagi tente de amarui pe extensia lui. E o bere grea, ingrijita ins? cu putine pretentii, chiar fada pe alocuri datorita concentratiei mari de alcool, oarecum fortat rezultat in amestec.</p>

Are o prezentare insolita, putin incarcata dupa mine, cu un fel de vitraliu peste care se suprapune o pasare, un fel de phoenix, aluzie la renasterea abatiei de la Grimbergen dupa numeroase incendii (de unde si Ardet Nec Consumitur, ca deviza). Se pare ca pe vremuri, prin Evul Mediu calugarii belgieni, pe langa post si rugaciune se indeletniceau si cu o activitate mai umana si anume brasajul. Nimic ne-onorabil in asta, in ideea ca era inca o activitate in onoarea Domnului&#8230; pe la noi calugarii se ocupau intens de vinificatie (ceva normal, avand in vedere clima de pe aici).</p>

<p><strong><a title="Culoare" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">Culoare</a>:</strong> cupru ferm, transparent. Carbonatie medie; spuma din perle fine, nepersistenta, slaba tentativa de dantela de spuma.</p>
<p><strong>Parfum:</strong> predominant de <a title="malt" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">malt</a> cu note de caramel si o usoara <a title="aroma" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">aroma</a> lemnoasa bine ascunsa.</p>
<p><strong>Gust: </strong>corp plin si intens prelungit cu o senzatie dulceag dens si de durata (pe palat) cu nuante fructate sau lemnoase si in plus cu un usor dulce-acrisor interesant, fara sa fie neplacut. Maltul predomina in ce inseamna gust oferindu-i corpolenta si mascand in mare parte alte senzatii. Finish sec, usor amarui cu aceeasi predominanta de <a title="malt" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">malt</a>.</p>
<p>O bere de abatie decenta cu un corp solid si savuros si care, chiar daca e produsa de un gigant al <a title="lager" href="/eticheta/lager">lager</a>-ului, se tine destul de bine.</p>

<p>Intre timp pregatim salata de cruditati si carnatul de sibiu.<br />
Dupa ce am scos cartofii din cuptor, asezam cu grija carnatii peste  acestia. Vasul se mai da la cuptor cca o ora.</p>

Probabil ca producatorii de la noi ar trebui sa se simta putin si sa produca in tara si ceva witbier sau macar weitzen, ca de grane n-ar trebui sa ducem lipsa (in principiu), nici de apa (care e prin unele locuri mai dura sau mai putin dura). Deci, treziti-va baieti, lucrati si pentru <a title="gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">gust</a> nu numai cu gandul la buzunare!!!</p>
<p>Hoegaarden in schimb e unica! Nu cred ca s-ar putea produce la noi. Are o prezentare interesanta, sobra, intr-o <a title="sticla" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">sticla</a> embosata cu emblema producatorului. Eticheta e simpla, cu toate informatiile necesare: ca se produce de prin anul 1440 in Belgia, ca e <a title="nefiltrata" href="/eticheta/lager">nefiltrata</a>, ca are AVB 4,5%. Nu steme si nu recitaluri cu medalii. Felicitari, domnilor de la InBev!<span id="more-1872"></span></p>

<p>ABV: 4,9%; EP: 11,7% vol</p>
<p>Aspect: galbui, tulbure, o <a title="culoare" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">culoare</a> ciudata pentru consumatorul obisnuit de lager.</p>
<p>Carbonatie: medie. Spuma initial este bogata si trece pe parcurs insa se mentine la suprafata lichidului si la menisc intr-un strat subtire. Pe margine apare clar ceea ce englezii numesc lace (dantela) formata din spuma care ramane pe peretii paharului.</p>
<p>Parfum interesant de grau si malt/drojdii, amestecat cu o nota certa de fructe.</p>
<p><a title="Gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">Gust</a>: acrisor, putin fructat. Corp plin si intens, senzatia de amar nu apare initial ci mai degraba sunt favorizate zaharurule din malt. Finish acrisor mediu ca intensitate, sec, slab astringent cu nuante spectaculoase de fructe (ceva de genul mere cu citrice).</p>

Evident, nu tot ce vine de la ei exceleaza, insa au ei o idee de a fi constanti in ceea ce au facut si de a inova. Profitand de faptul ca se importa si la noi (unde se vinde la un pret mare chiar in supermarket&#8230;) am cumparat-o in ideea sa-i testez constanta (of, a cata oara&#8230;) si sa ma simt ceva mai mult mitteleuropean.</p>

<p>Prezentarea Budweiser Original <a title="Lager" href="/eticheta/lager">Lager</a> e mai degraba sobra: o eticheta alba cu numele marcii/producatorului in rosu. Nu medalii, doar emblema legendarului producator ceh, cu cele trei turnuri. <a title="Culoare" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">Culoare</a> galbena intensa, carbonatie medie si spuma fina care s-a eliminat usor. O miros din <a title="sticla" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">sticla</a>&#8230; e altceva de-a dreptul, parfumul e corpolent si bine structurat cu o nuanta prezenta de hamei. Gustul e intens si satios, ca sa spun asa. Sincer, cam asta urmaresc la o bere: sa fie plina si intensa. Problema e ca nu prea am ocazia sa savurez asa ceva din productia nationala. Aici hameiul are o prezenta insemnata, insa per total gustul e echilibrat dar dens si plin. Sunt convins ca s-ar putea obtine si la noi asa ceva daca am fi mai interesati. <a title="Finish" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">Finish</a>-ul e amarui cu usoare nuante lemnoase pe care le pun pe seama unui adaos de hamei la sfarsit, sau cam asa ceva.</p>

Cred ca tocmai locul producerii ii da nuanta de interes, adica spaniolii s-au gandit din zbor ca pe stancaria din Canare sa se puna pe facut bere. Compania in sine este membra a SABMiller plc, rezultand din fuziunea a doi mari producatori locali de bere, CCC (Compania Cervesera de Canarias) si SICAL. Marca nu este veche, fiind produsa din anii treizeci. Are o prezentare mai degraba vesela, o doza / eticheta rosie cu emblema simpla a marcii (un munte, evident), fara relatari sterile la medalii si premii&#8230; Pentru un <a title="lager" href="/eticheta/lager">lager</a>, zic eu ca spaniolii s-au achitat destul de bine.</p>

<p><strong><a title="Culoare" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">Culoare</a>:</strong> auriu transparent. Carbonatie medie, spuma se elimina relativ rapid.</p>
<p><strong>Parfum: </strong>interesant de la inceput: o nuanta acrisor-fructata racoritoare cu <a title="aroma" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">aroma</a> slaba de hamei. Primeaza impresia unui <a title="malt" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">malt</a> fin sau a unei combinatii.</p>
<p><strong>Gust:</strong> corp subtire spre mediu pe palat, apos, fara astringenta notabila, amarui de slaba durata, cu inflexiuni lemnoase sesizabile, poate putin fortate (de unde si impresia folosirii mai multor sorturi de <a title="malt" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">malt</a>). Aromele se prelungesc si spre finish, la inghitire aparand un complex amarui acrisor interesant. Nu e o bere grea, mai degraba asortandu-se cu mediul uscat de pe insule, imi pare ceva de vara, mai degraba aromat si racoritor decat plin si intens.</p>

(cehesc). Acesta este motivul pentru care am  deschis in spatiul  virtual o <a title="berarie" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/berarie">berarie</a> cu <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> importata din Germania si Cehia.<br />

<p>Suna ca o poveste despre o <a title="berarie" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/berarie">berarie</a> din Germania, Cehia sau Belgia, unde berea facea parte din cultura, nefiind doar un alt motiv de mers la toaleta. Ei bine, in scurt timp va fi si povestea noastra, a romanilor: din <strong>7 mai</strong>, in <strong>Bucuresti</strong>, in <strong>Pasajul Villacrosse</strong>, in <strong>centrul vechi</strong>, se va deschide o astfel de <a title="berarie" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/berarie">berarie</a> de vis. Un loc in care iubitorul de <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> sa poata alege din peste 50 de beri de calitate. Temerarii care au avut aceasta initiativa ne asigura ca nu se vor opri aici si vor aduce, de la luna la luna mai multe beri, pentru a satisface setea cu cele mai rafinate gusturi. Nu vor lipsi pe parcurs si surprizele: abia asteptam.</p>
<p>Si pentru ca, o astfel de <a title="berarie" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/berarie">berarie</a> de vis trebuia sa aibe un nume, i s-a spus <strong>Beer O&#8217;Clock</strong>, un loc unde timpul se opreste in loc, lasand berea sa curga in voie, doar pe gustul tau.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Urmaresc de ceva vreme <a href="http://worldbeercup.org/" target="_blank">World Beer Cup </a>. Dupa parerea mea, si nu numai, este una din cele mai puternice competitii de profil din lume. Aceasta competitie are loc din 2004 si este organizata de o federatie internationala a asociatiilor producatorilor de <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a>, dar si a degustatorilor de <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a>.<br />

Competitia fiind una deschisa, pe langa marii producatori se inscriu si berari independenti. Acestia din urma se bat de la egal al egal cu gigantii, si nu de putine ori, sunt cei care castiga la capitolul calitate.</p>
<p>Si anul acesta caimacul a fost luat de americani, insa au fost si cateva surprize, cel putin pentru mine. Aici ma refer la rusii de la Baltika, ce s-au pozitionat pe locul 2 in categoria berilor de tip sud-german, Hefeweizen/Hefeweissbier,  cu Baltika No.8. La noi aceast fel de <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> este cunoscut ca fiind &#8220;<a title="nefiltrata" href="/eticheta/lager">nefiltrata</a>&#8221; si atat. Am avut ocazia sa degust o Baltika 5 si nu a fost chiar asa grozava, dar se pare ca la numarul 8 au dat lovitura.</p>
<p>Din Romania au participat Heineken Romania SA si Ursus Breweries , insa nu am detalii cu ce berii, iar numele lor nu se regasesc printre castigatori.</p>
<p>Dat fiind ca au fost 90 de categorii in competitie, nu voi copia lista de castigatori aici, dar puteti sa o cititi <strong><a href="http://worldbeercup.org/winners.html" target="_blank">aici</a> </strong>. Nu de alta, dar in concedii poate aveti ocazia sa aveti pentru degustare macar un castigator.</p>

Nu e un parfum banal, ci mai degraba unul complet (intens), sincer si crud.</p>

Textura bine structurata, savuroasa, surpriza fiind echilibrul ingredientelor. Finish amarui, mediu ca intensitate si cu ecouri de malt interesante. Ca intreg, nu sare peste media <a title="lager" href="/eticheta/lager">lager</a>-urilor europene de sorginte germana.</p>

In Portaland, Oregon, cativa temerari au pus la punct <strong>pub-ul de pe bicicleta</strong>. Barul este defapt o bicileta cargo prevazut cu un dozator de <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> si 2 butoaie de <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a>. In plus, jucaria mai are prevazut si un sistem de sonorizare pentru atmosfera.<br />

Am convenit ca voi degusta cand voi avea ocazia acest stil de bere foarte popular mai ales in orasul bavarez <a href="http://ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bamberg" target="_blank">Bamberg</a>.<span id="more-1530"></span></p>
<p>Am fost avertizat sa nu ma astept la gustul berii care il stie romanul (mai precis de Pilsner). L-am asigurat ca fiind un pasionat de bere, inclusiv de bere belgiana, ma astept ca aceasta bere sa fie deosebita si nu m-am inselat.</p>

<p><a href="http://www.bereafumata.ro/" target="_blank">Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbie Maerzen</a> este o bere de <a title="fermentatie joasa" href="/eticheta/lager">fermentatie joasa</a> (lager) bavareza. Supunandu-se rigorilor legiii puritatii berii, si de aceasta  data, bavarezii au cautat sa imbunatateasca gustul fara sa adauge alte ingrediente, decat cele permise (apa, <a title="malt" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">malt</a>, hamei, drojdie)</p>
<p>Ce au facut? In procesul de fabricare a maltului orzul este afumat cu fum de crengi de fag. In rest, procesul de fabricatie nu difera de orice alt lager. Maltul original <a href="http://www.bereafumata.ro/" target="_blank">afumat</a> este cunoscut sub denumirea de Schlenkerla.</p>
<p><a class="lightbox" title="Maerzen" href="http://www.pauzadebere.info/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/maerzen.jpg"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-1751" title="Maerzen" src="http://www.pauzadebere.info/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/maerzen-149x300.jpg" alt="" width="149" height="300" /></a>Tocmai acest <a title="malt" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">malt</a> afumat ii da o <a title="aroma" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">aroma</a> specifica, asemanatoare cu cea a perelor afumate facute de bunica la tara.  Este o bere aspra, cu personalitate si o recomand la fripturi inabusite si la vanat. Aspectul este de bere neagra, insa are o tenta de <a title="dunkel" href="http://www.pauzadebere.info/bere-dunkel_11_2009.html">dunkel</a>. Datorita aromei pronuntate se poate consuma si la 7-10 grade. Daca este rece, efectul imediat va fi de tulburare, insa dupa ce se &#8220;linisteste&#8221; veti avea o licoare clara, negru-rosiatica.</p>

Oricum se pare ca e o marca valoroasa a Heineken Romania, cu care de ce nu ne-am mandri? Mai ramane si problema acoperirii de noi zone din tara, pentru ca perste tot dai de Ursu si Timi, de parca astea ar fi cele mai importante… Si pentru ca o urmaresc demult (i-as putea spune Hei, Silva!) recunosc ca a trecut prin ceva transformari: <a title="culoare" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">culoare</a> sticlei s-a schimbat iar la <a title="gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">gust</a> acum cred ca a capatat mai multa personalitate (adica a devenit un fel de doamna Silva…). Emblema marcii si design-ul dozei au ramas la fel, semn ca se tine la traditie.</p>
<p>Continutul e o bere clara, galbena spre cupru, mediu acidulata cu un parfum intens, amaruie (de unde cred ca foloseste mai mult hamei) si cu un <a title="gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">gust</a> intens, savuros.<span id="more-1378"></span></p>

<p><strong>Parfum:</strong> predominant de <a title="malt" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">malt</a>. Hamei slab sesizabil.</p>
<p><strong><a title="Gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">Gust</a>: </strong>pentru un pils autohton, Silva si-a pastrat marea calitate a constantei in cepriveste gustul. E un amarui pregnant, dar deloc suparator, sec, lichidul avand o textura intensa si bine definita. Finish amarui, fara nuante adiacente notabile.</p>

De data asta m-am oprit la o bere estica urmarind, cel putin la nivel declarativ, o savoare boemiana (avand in minte apropierea geografica a zonelor). Nu! Desi estica, Radeberger e o bere pur germana, un pils sec, sobru si de o intensitate marcata (pe undeva prea mult speculata si aici ma refer la un finish prea extins), o combinatie abrupta de gusturi. Si asta o spun in sensul bun al cuvantului. Are o prezentare sobra, dar si luminoasa, deschisa, cu numele marcii scris cu auriu poe un fond alb, fara alte decoruri care sa distraga atentia&#8230; pana la urma, ochiul e sclavul mintii&#8230;<br />

Carbonatie medie; spuma e fina si abundenta la inceput insa se disipeaza in mai mult de un minut. Se mentine la suprafata lichidului si la menisc intr-o pelicula fina. Vagi dantelarii pe <a title="pahar" href="/paharul-de-bere_09_2008.html">pahar</a>.</p>
<p><strong>Parfum:</strong> <a title="malt" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">malt</a> cu nuante amarui-fructate, de intensitate medie, oferind de la inceput impresia unei densitati remarcabile.</p>
<p><strong><a title="Gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">Gust</a>:</strong> corp mediu ca senzatie de palat, oferind imediat un amarui abrupt care mascheaza in buna parte celelalte senzatii; se distinge insa un fond echilibrat de <a title="malt" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">malt</a>, de medie intensitate, zaharurile fiind in buna parte estompate. Finish mediu ca intensitate, amarui, cu vagi nuante lemnoase, sec, foarte pu?in astringent. Predomina aceeasi nuanta amaruie ca si a corpului care se pastreaza si dupa inghitire, luand in timp si o tenta metalica.</p>
<p><strong>Per total: </strong>un pils mediu ca si corpolenta, sec si destul de comun pentru ce se produce in Gemania sau Austria, moderat ca grad de alcoolizare, fara zaharuri notabile in <a title="gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">gust</a>, dar oferind o senzatie de amarui proaspat si sincer.</p>

Cunoscutii mi-au recomandat Mythos ca pe un <a title="lager" href="/eticheta/lager">lager</a> acceptabil. Acceptabil? Ma gandesc ca <a title="Lager" href="/eticheta/lager">Lager</a>-ul e o familie unitara de <a title="gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">gust</a> iar componentele nu pot fi categoric diferite unele de altele. Mythos nu e total aparte, inscriindu-se in media gusturilor care nu prea te fac sa tresari. Are o istorie relativ noua, din 1997 in portofoliul grupului <a title="Carlsberg" href="http://www.pauzadebere.info/carlsberg_02_2010.html">Carlsberg</a>. Are o prezentare incarcata dupa mine, cu o emblema ovala cu spice de orz&#8230; asa le-a placut lor. <a title="Sticla" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">Sticla</a> e in schimb austera, mai degraba traditionalista. In orice caz, spune destule despre Grecia.<br />

<p><strong><a title="Culoare" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">Culoare</a>: </strong>galben sau auriu clar. Carbonatie medie. Spuma densa cu perle mici, destul de rezistenta, cu slabe urme de dantela la disipare.</p>
<p><strong>Parfum:</strong> intens, putin intepator (dupa nasul meu) de malt cu hamei si cu ceva graunte, favorizand hameiul in cele din urma.</p>
<p><strong><a title="Gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">Gust</a>:</strong> corp mediu, structurat, amarui in prima instanta cu prevalenta hameiului (un <a title="gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">gust</a> comun pentru <a title="lager" href="/eticheta/lager">lager</a>) echilibrat, formand un amestec destul de interesant de malt, hamei si  un iz de cereale dulcege. Finish amarui ca o prelungire a senzatiei dinaintea inghitirii, putin indoit si mediu persistent.</p>
<p><strong>Total:</strong> o bere savuroasa si plina insa medie ca expresie a gustului. Pentru o bere de masa, comuna, atrage atentia densitatea si structura ferma a corpului.</p>

<p>Mai in gluma, mai in serios, hai totusi sa aflam si cate calorii are berea. De obicei continutul caloric este trecut pe eticheta la o valoare de 100g, asa ca te apuci mosule de un pic de matematica. Ca sa nu va mai bateti capul si cu astfel de probleme m-am interesat pe la nutritionisti si am aflat care este valoarea nutritiva a berii. Contrar legendelor berea nu este o bomba calorica asemeni unei prajituri. In medie, 500ml de <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> contin cam 200-300 Kcal, cu foarte putin peste aceeasi cantitate de cola.<br />

Dat fiind ca un adult trebuie sa consume zilnic 2000-3000kcal/zi, o <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> nu ne va ingrasa, ci numarul acestora, dar mai ales &#8220;garnitura&#8221; cu care servim berea: mititei, fripturi, alune, covrigei</p>
<p>Daca totusi sunteti panicati ca noile calorii se vor depune si vreti sa scapati de aceastea: Mergeti pe jos! Cat? Depinde cate beri ati baut.</p>

Ca idee, dupa cum ne spune Florin (berarul sef al locatiei – a se intelege managerul general), <a href="http://www.berestroika.ro/" target="_blank">Berestroika</a> este efectul unei nemultumiri, sau mai bine zis, al lipsei unei microberarii locale care sa vina cu o oferta mai sincera si mai diversificata in ce inseamna bere, dincolo de eternele licori de hamei (in majoritatea lor <a title="lager" href="/eticheta/lager">lager</a>-uri) care se vehiculeaza in mod obisnuit. S-a luat o decizie, s-a cautat un producator de echipament pentru brasare completa, locatie, materie prima (<a title="malt" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">malt</a>, hamei, drojdie), materiale aditionale (filtre, <a title="retete" href="/categoria/retete">retete</a>, etc.) si s-a trecut la treaba.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.pauzadebere.info/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/IMG_1930.jpg"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-1515" title="Fabricuta de bere" src="http://www.pauzadebere.info/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/IMG_1930-300x200.jpg" alt="" width="210" height="140" /></a>Efectul: un local ordonat, care sa nu infranga veselia dar care sa isi conserve spiritul si aspectul, adresat unui public dinamic care sa stie sa aprecieze concomitent o bere sincera alaturi de o <a title="mancare" href="/categoria/retete/mancare-cu-bere">mancare</a> sanatoasa.</p>
<p>Si cum noi suntem mai ales dedicati berii, cateva cuvinte despre produse n-ar strica.</p>
<p>Sa inceapa testele!</p>

<p>Stil: stout (este aprecierea producatorului)</p>
<p>ABV: cca 7%</p>
<p><a title="Culoare" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">Culoare</a>: maroniu inchis cu reflexe rosiatice, clar (transparent). Carbonatie foarte slaba; spuma intensa (si atentie nu e nitro-bere!!!), cremoasa, din perle mici, trece cu greutate si se pastreaza in pelicula fina la suprafata lichidului. Dantelarie marcata daca se inclina paharul.</p>
<p>Parfum: uluitor! <a title="Malt" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">Malt</a> combinat cu o savoare fructata, ceva de gen cirese amare, cu multe zaharuri care dau si un iz lemnos, ceva ce se regaseste des la stout-uri in genere, insa aici ceva mai pregnant.</p>
<p><a title="Gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">Gust</a>: corp dens, bine structurat savuros si sec (ca senzatie de palat), mediu dulceag cu un iz lemnos, favorizand maltul copt de diferite naturi (producatorul recunoaste ca foloseste mai multe tipuri de <a title="malt" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">malt</a>) cu multe zaharuri asociate. Finish intens, prelungit, amarui-lemnos. Asta da stout! Parerea mea e ca brasseur-ul ar trebui felicitat.</p>
<p><strong>2. </strong> <strong><a href="http://www.berestroika.ro/ro/berea-noastra-2/#2" target="_blank">Red Ale Berestroika</a></strong></p>

<p><strong>Stil:</strong> <a title="ale" href="/eticheta/ale">ale</a> (apreciaza producatorul)</p>
<p><strong>ABV: </strong>cca 5,5%</p>
<p><strong><a title="Culoare" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">Culoare</a>: </strong>cupru opalescent (tulbure). Carbonatie sub medie, spuma moderata ca intensitate, trece relativ repede. Vagi tente de dantela pe <a title="pahar" href="/paharul-de-bere_09_2008.html">pahar</a>.</p>
<p><strong>Parfum: </strong><a title="malt" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">malt</a> cu o extensie dulceaga in fundalul texturii. Hamei slab sesizabil</p>
<p><strong><a title="Gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">Gust</a>:</strong> corp mediu, slab astringent, in textura maltul apare in prim plan alaturi de o savoare dulceaga-lemnoasa interesanta, de negasit la orice bere de la noi. Finish alungit, mai degraba cu inflexiuni de malt decat de hamei, mediu astringent readucand savoarea lemnoasa a senzatiei de palat.</p>
<p><strong> 3. </strong><a href="http://www.berestroika.ro/ro/berea-noastra-2/#3" target="_blank"><strong>Berestroika Gold</strong></a></p>

<p>Stil: pils</p>
<p>ABV: 4-4,5% (anunta producatorul)</p>
<p><a title="Culoare" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">Culoare</a>: galben-pai, opalescent (cloudy, cum i-ar spune englezii). Carbonatia sub medie ofera o spuma rezonabila care trece repede. Vagi tente de dantela pe <a title="pahar" href="/paharul-de-bere_09_2008.html">pahar</a>.</p>
<p>Parfum: malt cu un iz acrisor-fructat destul de pronuntat.</p>
<p><a title="Gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">Gust</a>: corp mediu ca prima senzatie, slab astringent, in textura predominand maltul cu o inflexiune lemnoasa consistenta. Finish-ul e intens si alungit ca durata, trecand din acrisor intr-o extensie amaruie de la hamei, care aduce acestui sortiment o idee de prospetime.</p>
<p>Total: atrage atentia corpul structurat, aparenta de wittbier (dar atentie, nu este wittbier!) si intensitatea gustului care salveaza foarte mult produsul, facandu-l net deosebit fata de media familiei <a title="lager" href="/eticheta/lager">lager</a>-pils. Minusuri relative ar fi carbonatia slaba, sau mai bine zis slabita (explicabil deoarece berii ii lipseste recarbonarea secundara inainte de livrare, asa cum se intampla cu toate <a title="lager" href="/eticheta/lager">lager</a>-urile imbuteliate) si limpezimea (peste care se poate trece, stiut fiind ca in mod industrial se procedeaza la racirea brusca a wort-ului pana la o temperatura rezonabila pentru continuarea brasarii).</p><img src="http://www.pauzadebere.info/?ak_action=api_record_view&id=1501&type=feed" alt="" />]]></content:encoded>

Plin de incredere in victoria echipei lui Benitez, m-am pregatit sa savurez lichidul de origine danez si fabricat, cu voia curtii regale si pe la noi… Cine ar mai fi crezut intr-o victorie dupa ce temuta AC Milan conducea cu 3-0? Poate numai suporterii inraiti din Liverpool, pentru ca pe aici, toti cunoscutii mi-au confirmat ca la pauza s-au retras considerand-o o finala jucata… Jucata? Nu poti termina ceva la jumatate, mai ales cand iti scrie Carlsberg pe piept si te numesti Liverpool FC. Egalitatea s-a stabilit in mai putin de un sfert de ora iar la final a venit si victoria.<br />

Carlsberg din Copenhaga ne intampina cu o <a title="sticla" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">sticla</a> sobra acum cu numele marcii embosat (asta acum fiind o moda printre producatori, dupa cum vad) dupa ce a trecut de la eticheta verde, la eticheta transparenta (ca strategii de marketing). Continutul a ramas neschimbat: o bere ceva mai tare (5,2% alc. anunta producatorul) limpede cu o <a title="culoare" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">culoare</a> placuta de auriu spre cupru, cu un buchet puternic de hamei bine uscat (parerea mea) si cu <a title="gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">gust</a> intens. Berea este mediu acidulata iar spuma i se elimina repede lasindu-i neschimbata toata savoarea…</p>

<p><strong><a title="Gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">Gust</a>: </strong>initial, senzatia amaruie e bine disipata in textura lichidului, lasind loc in fundal si unui iz acrisor. Finish-ul este amarui, destul de comun si des intalnit la majoritatea <a title="lager" href="/eticheta/lager">lager</a>-urilor.</p>

Se pare ca producatorul a comasat doua label-uri des intalnite in Italia, Peroni si Nastro Azurro rezultand un amalgam care sa multumeasca istoria si traditia ambelor bauturi: s-a preluat sigla si semnatura lui Peroni, i s-au adaugat panglica albastra (Nastro Azzurro), cateva medalii si o prezentare in acelasi timp sobra dar si luminoasa si atractiva.<span id="more-1398"></span> La noi a patruns inainte de productia efectiva de la Cluj, parand o bere serioasa, In fine, un <a title="lager" href="/eticheta/lager">lager</a> comun insa cu o nota de prospetime care e greu de selectat printre lichidele dospite de pe piata autohtona. Ulterior, SAB Miller a hotarat intrarea ei in liniile de productie de la noi&#8230; totdeauna m-am intrebat de ce, de ce domnilor tocmai Peroni Nastro Azurro si nu <strong><a href="http://www.gambrinus.cz/" target="_blank">Gambrinus</a></strong> sau <a href="http://www.kozel.cz/agecheck.php?lang=cz" target="_blank"><strong>Velkopopovicky Koze</strong>l</a>? In sfarsit, ma gandesc ca noi ca popor am fi, cel putin virtual, mai aproape de veselia italienilor si oarecum departe de incrancenarea ceheasca de a produce bere la modul serios&#8230; Cred totusi ca varianta de la Cluj ramane onorabila si pentru Peroni Nastro Azurro si pentru noi ca producatori, diferentele fata de acelasi lichid produs sub licenta in alte parti, fiind minore.</p>

<p><strong><a title="Gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">Gust</a>:</strong> definit si corpolent, cu predominanta de <a title="malt" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">malt</a>, amarui si sec in acelasi timp si asta in mod constant, aparand pericolul de a deveni plictisitoare. Finish amarui comun cu vagi nuante ierboase (parerea mea). Din nou, densitatea lichidului salveaza onoarea marcii&#8230;</p>

Nu o caut cu disperare, tocmai pentru ca nu urmaresc in mod neaparat berea tare, ci berea mai aromata, sau una care are ceva de spus. Aici e problema, ca Silva Dark are ceva de spus. Este printre putinele de la noi care are o tarie corespunzatoare, apropiindu-se de berea germana de gen. In plus este printre putinele beri dark de productie nationala si observ ca Grupul Heineken (titularul marcii) o produce in continuare cu succes. In genere, berea neagra (dark beer) vine cu ceva in plus fata de <a title="lager" href="/eticheta/lager">lager</a>-ul blond, aducand si savoarea caramelului, a nuantelor de echilibru amarui-dulce, a unor arome peste cotidian. E o bere grea, tare si aspra pentur gusturile romanilor, insa nu si pentru al meu.</p>

<p><strong>Parfum: </strong>predomina maltul prajit si caramelul</p>
<p><strong><a title="Gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">Gust</a>: </strong>echilibrat intre amarui si caramelizat. Caramelul este bine sesizabil la finish, unii straini comparandu-l cu gustul final al dubbelului belgian.</p>
<p><strong>Negativ: </strong>fata de parfumul de caramel (care e partea placuta si insolita a acestei beri) se simte prea tare alcoolul, de parca ar fi fost adaugat in mod nefiresc in procesul de fabricatie</p>
<p><strong>Total: </strong>ar trebui sa ne mandrim ca si in Romania se produce inca asa ceva.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Bière de Garde sau &#8220;bere pastrata&#8221; este o bere de <a title="fermentatie inalta" href="/eticheta/ale">fermentatie inalta</a>, originala din zona  <a href="http://ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nord-Pas_de_Calais" target="_blank">Pas-de-Calais</a>, din nordul Frantei, la granita cu Belgia. Pe vremuri aceasta bere era fabricata doar in gospodarii, ferme si microberarii.<br />

Pentru a evita problemele ce puteau aparea la <a title="fermentare" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">fermentare</a> pe timpul verii (deseori drojdia se strica inainte de finalizarea fermentarii), aceasta bere era produsa in special iarna si primavara.</p>
<p>Dupa imbuteliere, sticlele de bere erau astupate cu dopuri de pluta si sigilata, asemeni sticlelor de vin spumant. Berea era apoi pusa la pastrare in pivnite, fiind consumata de-a lungul verii. De aici vine si denumirea acestui fel de bere: Bière de Garde</p>
<p>Culoarea cea mai intalnita pentru acest tip de bere este blonda spre rosiatic, unele marci de bere fiind de <a title="culoare" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">culoare</a> chihlimbarie.</p>
<p>Fiind o bere de tip ale e normal ca si concentratia de alcool sa fie mai ridicata. Astfel, vlolumul de alcool variaza de la 6,5% pana la 8,5%</p>
