<p>Intre timp pregatim salata de cruditati si carnatul de sibiu.<br />
Dupa ce am scos cartofii din cuptor, asezam cu grija carnatii peste  acestia. Vasul se mai da la cuptor cca o ora.</p>

Daca eu (Slaven) mai vizitasem anterior institutia enuntata mai sus, undeva chiar pe la a doua saptamana de functionare, mai ramasese doar RomeoS de convins ca o vizita la <a title="berarie" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/berarie">berarie</a> ar fi, pentru noi cel putin, un act culturalo-profesional de care trebuia sa ne achitam&#8230; Asa ca, intr-o seara de ianuarie geros, iata-ne pasind apasat catre <strong><a href="http://www.berestroika.ro/" target="_blank">Berestroika</a></strong>.</span></strong><br />

Ca idee, dupa cum ne spune Florin (berarul sef al locatiei – a se intelege managerul general), <a href="http://www.berestroika.ro/" target="_blank">Berestroika</a> este efectul unei nemultumiri, sau mai bine zis, al lipsei unei microberarii locale care sa vina cu o oferta mai sincera si mai diversificata in ce inseamna bere, dincolo de eternele licori de hamei (in majoritatea lor <a title="lager" href="/eticheta/lager">lager</a>-uri) care se vehiculeaza in mod obisnuit. S-a luat o decizie, s-a cautat un producator de echipament pentru brasare completa, locatie, materie prima (<a title="malt" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">malt</a>, hamei, drojdie), materiale aditionale (filtre, <a title="retete" href="/categoria/retete">retete</a>, etc.) si s-a trecut la treaba.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.pauzadebere.info/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/IMG_1930.jpg"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-1515" title="Fabricuta de bere" src="http://www.pauzadebere.info/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/IMG_1930-300x200.jpg" alt="" width="210" height="140" /></a>Efectul: un local ordonat, care sa nu infranga veselia dar care sa isi conserve spiritul si aspectul, adresat unui public dinamic care sa stie sa aprecieze concomitent o bere sincera alaturi de o <a title="mancare" href="/categoria/retete/mancare-cu-bere">mancare</a> sanatoasa.</p>
<p>Si cum noi suntem mai ales dedicati berii, cateva cuvinte despre produse n-ar strica.</p>
<p>Sa inceapa testele!</p>

<p>Producator: Beraria <a href="http://www.berestroika.ro/" target="_blank">Berestroika</a></p>
<p>Stil: stout (este aprecierea producatorului)</p>
<p>ABV: cca 7%</p>
<p><a title="Culoare" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">Culoare</a>: maroniu inchis cu reflexe rosiatice, clar (transparent). Carbonatie foarte slaba; spuma intensa (si atentie nu e nitro-bere!!!), cremoasa, din perle mici, trece cu greutate si se pastreaza in pelicula fina la suprafata lichidului. Dantelarie marcata daca se inclina paharul.</p>
<p>Parfum: uluitor! <a title="Malt" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">Malt</a> combinat cu o savoare fructata, ceva de gen cirese amare, cu multe zaharuri care dau si un iz lemnos, ceva ce se regaseste des la stout-uri in genere, insa aici ceva mai pregnant.</p>
<p><a title="Gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">Gust</a>: corp dens, bine structurat savuros si sec (ca senzatie de palat), mediu dulceag cu un iz lemnos, favorizand maltul copt de diferite naturi (producatorul recunoaste ca foloseste mai multe tipuri de <a title="malt" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">malt</a>) cu multe zaharuri asociate. Finish intens, prelungit, amarui-lemnos. Asta da stout! Parerea mea e ca brasseur-ul ar trebui felicitat.</p>
<p><strong>2. </strong> <strong><a href="http://www.berestroika.ro/ro/berea-noastra-2/#2" target="_blank">Red Ale Berestroika</a></strong></p>
<p><strong>Producator:</strong> Beraria <a href="http://www.berestroika.ro/" target="_blank">Berestroika</a></p>
<p><strong>Stil:</strong> <a title="ale" href="/eticheta/ale">ale</a> (apreciaza producatorul)</p>
<p><strong>ABV: </strong>cca 5,5%</p>
<p><strong><a title="Culoare" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">Culoare</a>: </strong>cupru opalescent (tulbure). Carbonatie sub medie, spuma moderata ca intensitate, trece relativ repede. Vagi tente de dantela pe <a title="pahar" href="/paharul-de-bere_09_2008.html">pahar</a>.</p>
<p><strong>Parfum: </strong><a title="malt" href="/categoria/retete/bere-alcoolizata">malt</a> cu o extensie dulceaga in fundalul texturii. Hamei slab sesizabil</p>
<p><strong><a title="Gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">Gust</a>:</strong> corp mediu, slab astringent, in textura maltul apare in prim plan alaturi de o savoare dulceaga-lemnoasa interesanta, de negasit la orice bere de la noi. Finish alungit, mai degraba cu inflexiuni de malt decat de hamei, mediu astringent readucand savoarea lemnoasa a senzatiei de palat.</p>
<p><strong> 3. </strong><a href="http://www.berestroika.ro/ro/berea-noastra-2/#3" target="_blank"><strong>Berestroika Gold</strong></a></p>
<p>Producator: Beraria <a href="http://www.berestroika.ro/" target="_blank">Berestroika</a></p>
<p>Stil: pils</p>
<p>ABV: 4-4,5% (anunta producatorul)</p>
<p><a title="Culoare" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">Culoare</a>: galben-pai, opalescent (cloudy, cum i-ar spune englezii). Carbonatia sub medie ofera o spuma rezonabila care trece repede. Vagi tente de dantela pe <a title="pahar" href="/paharul-de-bere_09_2008.html">pahar</a>.</p>
<p>Parfum: malt cu un iz acrisor-fructat destul de pronuntat.</p>
<p><a title="Gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">Gust</a>: corp mediu ca prima senzatie, slab astringent, in textura predominand maltul cu o inflexiune lemnoasa consistenta. Finish-ul e intens si alungit ca durata, trecand din acrisor intr-o extensie amaruie de la hamei, care aduce acestui sortiment o idee de prospetime.</p>
<p>Total: atrage atentia corpul structurat, aparenta de wittbier (dar atentie, nu este wittbier!) si intensitatea gustului care salveaza foarte mult produsul, facandu-l net deosebit fata de media familiei <a title="lager" href="/eticheta/lager">lager</a>-pils. Minusuri relative ar fi carbonatia slaba, sau mai bine zis slabita (explicabil deoarece berii ii lipseste recarbonarea secundara inainte de livrare, asa cum se intampla cu toate <a title="lager" href="/eticheta/lager">lager</a>-urile imbuteliate) si limpezimea (peste care se poate trece, stiut fiind ca in mod industrial se procedeaza la racirea brusca a wort-ului pana la o temperatura rezonabila pentru continuarea brasarii).</p><img src="http://www.pauzadebere.info/?ak_action=api_record_view&id=1501&type=feed" alt="" />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Este o <a title="reteta" href="/categoria/retete">reteta</a> chinezeasa foarte populara si foarte usor de preparat.<br />
Pentru aceasta <a title="reteta" href="/categoria/retete">reteta</a> se recomanda ca pestele sa fie proaspat. Puteti folosi: crap, caras, pastrav, dorada sau orice peste proaspat care sa incapa intreg in tigaie.<br />

- 2 pesti proapspeti<br />
- 2 ardei iuti<br />
- 2 rosii taiate felii<br />
- 4-5 catei de usturoi<br />
- jumatate de telina data prin razatoare<br />
- o cana de <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> blonda (aprox 200 ml <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a>)<br />
- o lingura de unt<br />
- o ceapa<br />
- sos de soia<br />
- patrunjel verde<br />
- sare si piper</p>
<p><strong><em>Mod de preparare:</em></strong><br />
Se pune untul intr-un wok sau o tigaie mai intinsa la foc mediu. Cand untul se topeste se adauga usturoiul, ceapa, telina, rosiile si ardeii iuti. Toate aceste legume sunt taiate marunt in prealabil (dupa preferinta). Cand ceapa devine transparenta se adauga si berea. Cand berea incepe sa fiarba se arunca si pestii la frigare.<br />
Totul se prepara la foc mediu. Intre timp adaugati si sosul de soia, sare si piper dupa <a title="gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">gust</a>. Cand pestepe este fiert, daca doriti ca sosul sa fie mai gros mai lasati putin wok-ul la foc mic.<br />
Cand sosul are cosistenta dorita, daugati verdeata ( patrunjelul) si apoi puneti pestele pe un platou sau o farfurie mare intinsa. Ca sa faceti chiezaria mai romaneasca puteti sa serviti cu mamaliga.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Orice <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> bauta este un eveniment. Pentru ca evenimentul sa fie mai placut unii din noi au inventat sau au preluat de la prieteni unele jocuri cu <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a>.<br />
Mare parte din aceste jocuri apar si se dezvolta in perioada studentie cand, pentru a ne relaxa avem de ales intre o partida de tenis de masa sau de biliard si o <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a>. Unii nu renunta la nici una din ele, bautul berii devenind parte componenta din competie.  Asadar, aceste jocuri cu <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> putem sa le incadram, fara rezerve, in categoria jocurilor de societate.<span id="more-40"></span><br />

Dar ce se intampla cand unii devin mai buni si mai buni, campioni imbatabili la jocuri cu bere? Simplu, cautam un alt campion in jocuri de bere pentru a-l gasi pe campionul campionilor.<br />
Din aproape in aproape s-a nascut si ideea unui campionat mondial la jocuri cu bere. Nu e nimic de ras. Totul este chiar foarte serios, iar aceste jocuri se desfasoara sub titulatura de <a href="http://www.worldbeergames.org/index2.html" target="_blank">World Beer Games</a> . Pentru a va face o idee cat mai clara despre ce am prezentat mai sus, mai jos aveti un filmulet de prezentare a acestei competitii cu imagini de la turneul din 2006 . Mare parte din editiile Campionatului mondial de jocuri cu bere au avut loc in Statele Unite, iar de la an la an , numarul echipelor tarilor participante creste simtitor.<br />

<p>Acesta competitie de jocuri cu bere se vrea un fel de olimpiada a acestor jocuri. In paralel au loc campionate separate pe fiecare de Bere-Pong, Sah cu Bere, Sah turcesc cu Bere, Rastoana-Paharu&#8217;, Sparnelul de Bere si alte jocuri cu bere.<br />
Ar fi interesanta si o competitie locala. Voi reveni cu prezentarea unor jocuri cu bere cu tot cu regulile de joc, poate asa se va trezi si spiritul romanesc de competitie a berii.</p><img src="http://www.pauzadebere.info/?ak_action=api_record_view&id=40&type=feed" alt="" />
