			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.pauzadebere.info/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/koeningshoeven-isidor.png"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-932" title="koeningshoeven-isidor" src="http://www.pauzadebere.info/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/koeningshoeven-isidor-300x298.png" alt="" width="300" height="298" /></a>Anul acesta <a title="berea trappist" href="http://www.pauzadebere.info/berea-trappist_09_2008.html">berea trappist</a><strong> La Trappe</strong> implineste 125 de ani.  Istoria incepe in 1884 cand abatia <strong>Onze Lieve Vrouw van Koningshoeven </strong>din <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berkel-Enschot" target="_blank">Berkel-Enschot</a>, Olanda a fondat <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/De_Koningshoeven_Brewery" target="_blank"><strong>Beraria</strong> </a><strong><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/De_Koningshoeven_Brewery" target="_blank">De Koningshoeven</a> </strong>(<a title="berarie" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/berarie">berarie</a>  se intelege aici ca fabrica de <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a>).</p>
<p>Deschiderea berariei s-a facut atunci, pentru a-si sustine abatia, cat si pentru a contribui la diferite fonduri de caritate. Cu toate acestea, beraria a functionat mai mult ca o afacere, iar in scurt timp abatia detinea si cateva baruri unde era servita o berea produsa de acestea. Initial aceasta <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> era de tip lager.<span id="more-930"></span></p>
<p>Din 1969 Artois (acum InBev) a cumparat licenta de fabricare a acestei beri de abatie pana in 1980. Dupa 1980 calugarii au reinceput sa ii fabrice din nou berea sub brandul <strong>La Trappe </strong>. De data aceasta nu mai era vorba de o <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> de <a title="fermentatie joasa" href="/eticheta/lager">fermentatie joasa</a> (lager) , fiind dezvoltata o <a title="reteta" href="/categoria/retete">reteta</a> de <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> de tip <a title="ale" href="/eticheta/ale">ale</a>, ce se gaseste si astazi.</p>
<p>Cu timpul au moa fost dezvoltate si alte stiluri de bere. In 1987 sunt scoase pe piata <strong>La Trappe</strong> <strong><a title="Dubbel" href="http://www.pauzadebere.info/dubbel_05_2009.html">Dubbel</a></strong> si <strong>La Trappe Trippel</strong> iar in 1992 <strong>La Trappe Blonde.</strong> Din 1985 <strong>La Trappe</strong> este exportata gasindu-se si in Romania in supermarkete si hipermarkete cat si in barurile si puburile mai pretentioase. <strong>La Trappe</strong> este singura bere trappist care se fabrica in Olanda, celelalte 6 beri trappist fiind fabricata in abatii din Belgia.<strong><br />

<p>Stiati ca exista si <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> vie? Si nu in povesti ci in realitate. Ea vindeca in primul rand setea, dar mai ales gustul berii <img src='http://www.pauzadebere.info/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  .</p>
<p>Berea  este considerata ca fiind vie, doar daca este nepasteurizata. Prin pasteurizare este omorata drojdia, fiind taiata fermentarea. Din aceasta cauza berile pasteurizate sunt numite si moarte.</p>
<p>Deoarece drojdia este inca activa, in berea vie fermentarea continua si dupa imbuteliere. Astfel se obtine o cantitate mai ridicata de alcool, dar si o carbonatie naturala.  (la berea pasteurizata se ai adauga la imbuteliere dioxid de carbon )</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Berea Manastireasca</strong> sau <strong>berea de abatie</strong> este acea <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> care foloseste licenta de producere si comercializare a unei beri produse in vechime in manastirile belgiene. Prin aceasta licenta producatorul se obliga sa respecte <a title="reteta" href="/categoria/retete">reteta</a> si conditiile de fabricatie <a title="ale" href="/eticheta/ale">ale</a> berii originale. Sunt cazuri in care acest proces este supravegheat indeaproape de catre calugarii care produceau acea <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a>, insa si beri care nu mai se produc in spatele zidurilor unei abatii, deoarece din acestea nu mai exista decat niste ruine.</p>
<p>Cu toate aceastea berea manastireasca s-a detasat de restul berilor mai ales prin calitatea superioara a acesteia. Asemeni <a href="http://www.pauzadebere.info/berea-trappist_09_2008.html"><strong>berii trappist</strong></a> (produsa chiar de calugari), <strong>berea manastireasca</strong> delimiteaza un segment traditional din varietatea berilor belgiene, insitand mai mult pe conservarea retetei si a conditiilor de fabricare, decat pe un anumit tip sau stil de <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> specific. Astfel, sub denumirea de <a title="bere" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">bere</a> manastireasca gasim o varietate de stiluri de bere: blonda,  bruna, <a href="http://www.pauzadebere.info/dubbel_05_2009.html">dubbel</a>, trippel.</p>

<p>In fotografiile de mai sus aveti si dovada clara ca sunt un iubitor al <strong>berii manastiresti</strong>, iar in topul preferintelor mele, in materie de bere, unele marci de <strong>bere manastireasca </strong>se balt la locul 1 cu <a href="http://www.pauzadebere.info/berea-trappist_09_2008.html"><strong>berile trappist</strong></a>.  Imaginile sunt de la o <strong>degustare de bere manastireasca</strong> la care licoarea era oferita de un <strong>abate</strong>. Nu era calugar omu&#8217;, dar era foarte pitoresc.</p>

Ordinul are peste 170 de manastiri in toata lumea, insa maestrii berari sunt doar in sapte din ele: sase in Belgia (<em>Orval, Chimay, Westvleteren, Rochefort, Westmalle</em> si <em>Achel</em>) si una in Olanda (<em>Koningshoeven</em>). Acestea au si dreptul sa foloseasca logo <em><strong>Authentic Trappist Product</strong>. </em><span id="more-50"></span><br />

In functie de tarie si <a title="culoare" href="/categoria/bancul-de-probe/bere">culoare</a> ele se impart in 3 mari categorii: <strong>single</strong> (pana in 7% volum alcool), <strong>double</strong> (de 8%volum alcool) si <strong>triple</strong> (de 9% volum alcool)</p>
<p>Pe langa modul de fabricare strict supravegheat de acest ordin monastic, berea trappist se deosebeste prin <a title="gust" href="/degustarea-berii_08_2009.html">gust</a> si combinatia de arome. Datarita buchetului de arome specific taria acestei beri este insesizabila, fiind o bere recomandata la fripturi cu <a title="carne" href="/categoria/retete/mancare-cu-bere">carne</a> rosie sau vanat.</p><img src="http://www.pauzadebere.info/?ak_action=api_record_view&id=50&type=feed" alt="" />
