Carbonate: average and enough to spread and balance the flavors content. Foam intense from the beginning is lost along the way vague.

Krusovice Sift

Style: dark lager

ABV: 3.8%

Colour : black or dark brown, transparent red reflex. Dense foam caramel-looking, pass in time, leaving a liquid film surface and the meniscus. Average carbonate.

Perfume: malt fried with certain inflections of caramel. Is paradoxical flavor saturated barley that gives a subtle wood. All make this beer something precious inc? from opening glass.

Taste: full body, savory and intense, predominantly a bitter interesting wood. Weak degree corpulent save fortification mixture of liquid and even so, the texture is balanced and does not give the feeling started to lack a higher ABV (likely if it had 7% alc. / Vol. Would be an excellent porter) . What's more, the artists in the beer, and Czechs have learned to be measured in certain ways. Finish persistent bitter, astringent average, a bit longish for me, but balanced and delicious for what was meant by this beer.
