- tot hameiul da gust amarui berii, numai ca in functie de tipul hameiului berea are si alta aroma/buchet. La degustare se insista mai mult pe particularitati, cel putin asa fac eu :)
- in procesul de pasteurizare berea este fiarta cam 3 minute, pentru inlaturarea fermentilor/drojdiilor. Urmare a acestui proces, se pierde si carbonatia naturala. Ulterior se apeleaza la sifonarea berii (se adauga CO2 artificial, ca la orice bautura carbogazoasa)

La fel metoda de fermentatie ca la vin (cu palnie de fermentatie).Doar aici am gasit-o. Cam acestea ar fi nelamuririle mele.

Am vreo 6 kg de orz si o plasa din aceea mare albastra plina de conuri de hamei. Orzul e de la tara. Hameiul e strans de pe malul apei si miroase grozav cand e verde. Ramane sa ma aventurez si sa incerc mai multe variante.</description>

La aceleasi concluzii au ajuns si cercetatorii spanioli de la Facultatea de Medicina a Universitatii din Granada si a cei din cadrul Consiliului Superior de Cercetari Stiintifice din Madrid.</description>

		<description>Buna ziua ! Am revenit cu o intrebare . Ce fac cu drojdia care s-a lasat pe fundul bidonului ? aceasta , cel mai probabil va fi trecuta in sticle in momentul procesului de sifonare. Nu se va tulbura berea? E ok sa am drojdia respectiva in sticle ?</description>
